Zamboni

What Inspired me?
My inspiration for this LEGO MOC came from my love of hockey and the iconic role the Zamboni plays in the game. Growing up, watching the Zamboni clean the ice between periods was almost as exciting as the game itself—it’s a machine that’s both fascinating and essential. Zambonis are just inherently cool, with their smooth gliding motion and ability to turn rough, worn ice into a pristine surface, ready for action. Building this MOC was also the most creative and cost-effective way to recreate a hockey rink, allowing me to combine my passion for the sport with the joy of LEGO. This project captures the magic of the Zamboni’s ritual, celebrating its quiet heroics in the world of hockey.
